I think the stuff is actually pretty good. I was such a skeptic I never used to use it but now that I have tried it on a variety of items I wouldn't be without it now. Last used it on my truck radiator. Was working on the truck and left a bolt lying on the top of the engine. The fan propelled it through the aluminum radiator. I used it to fix the hole. So far,so good. Used in on the bottom of my 9n gas tank 5 years ago. No problem. Has to be totally dry of gas first. You cant fix a leak that is dripping. I use the quick set because it is set up in minutes and it is just as strong as the old stlye. I also like that fiberglass repair resin that bondo is selling now too. That is some good stuff.
