Thanks, bigjt...Makes sense...It did run a little rough at first...I'll check all connections and battery charge...What do you mean by sticking ignition advance? Points? I don't have a timing gun which is the first problem, but it ran like a top last year. I guess I'll get one and refer to my service manual. I don't use but a few times a year which can cause a lot of my problems.
