Here is the recipie i use 1 1/2 doz. eggs 4 TB. canning or pickling salt (unionized) 4 red chili peppers 2 bay leaves white vinegar Boil the eggs till hard, peal and place in a large jar. Make the brine from the rest of the ingredients fill the jar with vinegar enough to cover the eggs. proses by putting the jar in a large kettle fill the kettle with water and boil for 60 to 90 minutes you have to put a rag under the jar so its not on direct heat. remove from heat and let them cool you can eat them right away but there better after about two days you can add more peppers if you like them hot
