It sounds like you have an early 4000 series tractor, model 4030, but the serial number seems too high. I don't know what that means. The model 4030 left the factory prior to 1963 with a 4 cylinder 172 ci engine, 4 speed transmission, non-adjustable front axle, and the 1 at the end means it had no hydraulics or PTO. Does this match your tractor? Some tractors of this type have been converted over the years to include PTO and/or hydraulics.
