A magnetic drill will work horizontaly also. They turn slow so drill a 1/4 in. hole first, then drill the 5/8. Works plenty good. Of course you know that layout is important but you can do it. If the nuts for those 5/8 bolts are going to be inside the frame, use those with serrated washers made on them, think they are called zimmers[not sure] without washers and you don't have to hold them with a wrench. Just your fingers, and a impact on the bolts. They will not come loose. A good idea you had to put the mounts on loosely to get it where ya want it. HTH Dave
