Call the seller get his full name the address where the tractor can be seen his address and telephone number. Then call the local police force in his town. If he is the only one in town who has a tractor they probaly know him. The price of an overseas call sure beats the cost of looseing 4 grand. You will need someone who speaks spanish. If the police won't look into it for you forget the deal it's not worth the price.
