They came from Vermont because the state has a deal with the Holstein Assn to buy them. They are made by Allflex,I'm not sure just where. When you get the bill,don't throw it away by mistake,the return address will be The Holstein Assn. I came awful close to just tossing it. Thought "what the heck do they want,I don't have any Holsteins". Now that you have a premises ID you can order them on your own from suppliers that sell Allflex tags. The Angus Assn has a deal on matched sets of EID and the numbered regular ear tags. You just have to be using an Angus bull to order through them.
