I'd get a skid steer, decent size say an 1845C Case (65 hp) and a set of tracks with it. It will do ll the small stuff and root out trees bigger than you want to (you can get ahold of a root ball bigger than it is in 30 mins digging). Then, when its time for the bigger jobs rent a dozer. Less than $1500 a week gets me a new 550 ot 650 Deere from Hertz, delivered and picked up.
