I'm actually building a 24+4 right now. I had a friend give me a frame from an old mobile home. I cut the main frame at 24, used some of the remaining section to build the dovetail, and I ordered the steel to build the neck and the deck Friday. Will outfit with 6 new tires, and 2x10 rough sawn oak boards from the sawmill. Frame came with 3 5600lb. axles, with brakes on all 3.
