Well I hope it works out for you,my company is embarq and they tried this trick on me about 6 or 7 months ago. When I got my first bill it was actually up about $12 from the previous bill. I got on the phone and raise he!!. Finally got everything back down and now my dsl runs about 34.99 a month and basic phone service about $12.99,but with all the taxes and this and that I end up paying from $65 to $70 a month. Actually cheaper than it was 3 years ago. Wait until after you're bill for an entire month and report back.
