From the way I understand it you need 1 hp to every inch of plow. My tractor is 50 hp and it should only take a 36 hp tractor to pull them. I have the hp it doesn't lack there. I just spin out when they sink in the ground to deep.Like I sad earlyer my tire to plow spacing is about 18" shoulden it be around 12" to the first plow.
