I used to do alighnments,tires,rotate and balance,the whole shootin match,and it won't hurt anything to criss cross them.I do it all the time.Tire technology is so advanced now that turning in the opposite direction is not a factor anymore.Back in the day it wouldn't have been a good idea but now go for it.If one slips a belt now it wasn't any good to start with.(Directional tires have to be turning one way but for the rest it is ok).Good luck.

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet).
