if you use mozilla (firefox), bookmarks->manage bookmarks->file->import. From ther you can import from different sources, like IE, a file, netscape.

I dont know where AOL (or sol for that matter) stores bookmarks, but look in Documents and Settings->your user ID->favorites, or something like that.

You can also search for files named favorites, etc
