I am looking for opinions on the value of a a steel building I am going to look at this afternoon. It is the P-model from American SteelSpan - see attached web site. It is 25 X 35 X13.5 high, don't know about accessories (doors and all). Supposed to be "new in the boxes" he is asking $4500 I submitted a request for a quote from American SteelSpan so I can compare $4500 to a new building - but I doubt they will get back to me today. Sounds like a good deal to me, but I have never shopped for steel buildings so looking for opinions. Thanks, Tim
