Yes you will loose flow on a syncro range when you push in the clutch because the tranny pump quits turning. A power shift does not disconnect the clutch as the pedal is hooked to an inching valve. Time you can run a loader with the clutch pushed in will vary from tractor to tractor. Ours does pretty good and if you do run out of oil just flip it into neutral and let the clutch out.
