O/T medicare

I thought getting old would give me less problems, looks like it is adding to my problems. I signed up for medicare before my 65 th birthday like I should. I signed up for part A, and part B. Now I hear I need a insurance that medicare doesn't cover. Does any body have a preference on what company will be the best for additional insurance? Then there's prescription coverage. I just want to get on my tractor and cut weeds. Thanks for any info. Stan
