Why not do like the four wheelers do to find thier lean limits. Put a tow strap over the top and downunder and attach it. Then another towstrap on the other side. Use two tow vehicles one to pull it over and the other one to keep it from actually going over, or you could use one strap tied to a safety vehicle. and pick up one rear wheel with a forklift or another tractor till it starts to go over. You should pretty much be able to ballance it on two wheels.
