Central MI. We are just spinning our wheels with these regulations. There are semi loads of wood chips and mulch moving all over the state. You cant tell me there aren't infected ash trees run through those chippers. The laws are uninforcable!! The only hope we have is that one of our fine feathered friends in the woods gets a craving for these delicasies and takes care of them before they get under the bark and hide. At least it's not a disease! Insects will eventually meet a predator. It's natures way.
