if the sleeve is a wet sleeve you are going to have to replace the orings that seal them to the block. press the piston out and see what it looks like. sleeve may have pits. if you can't hone it clean it will have to be replaced. put some bolt and washers in to keep others from coming out while you turn crankchaft.
