Your pump pressure is low...The other part of the equation is the diameter of your lift cylinders. Together, these determine the masimum lift. If you can double your pressure, you will double your lift. The third thing is volume...usually when a pump wears to the point that pressure is compromise, volume will also be reduced, adding to already poor performance.
