I got a new HP a couple of months ago..My "puter wiz" says the same thing..I took my old one apart to destroy the hard drive when I junked it, and it was coated with dust and lint..My wife keeps a clean shack , so I'm not blameing her...I guess I'll have to gently blow my HP out every once in a while..I had to get used to it running at night with the lighted mouse and cable modem flashing..I've got used to worse , I guess...

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
