i have a couple options for you. cheapest one is to head over to the big box store, get one of those litlle pumps that run off a drill , about 7-8 dollars, you need the fittings from a store like farm and fleet to do the liquid. next option is a little sump pump from home depot, it has garden hose fittings on each end. about 75.00. if you have a 12v sprayer pump you can use that too. the best one i found is a marine washdown pump. they are rated for saltwater use, uses sea water for a deck wash down. go to starmarine depot . com, go to the plumbing and pumps, then washdown systems, they have a nice washdown pump for 79.00. this guy will pump the tire out, and you can use it to refill the tire too. i also use the pump to get water from the creek for watering the garden and the fruit trees!!!
