Had an older 550, great tractor, but I don't remember the location of the serial number plate. Possibly yours is missing. Later models had a plastic grill with large rectangular openings in it and the pto lever to the right of the steering wheel. I doubt if there was much if any difference in the brakes so manual for older model should be ok. Suggest you get an Agco dealer to order one for you or there might one sold by this web site under on line store. You'll enjoy the tractor. KEH
