Chances are it's a taper fit. Hold a solid piece of steel, like a 5 lb hammer head, on one side of the drilled part and whack the heck out of it from the other. Sometimes the resonant vibration is enough to break it loose. You can use heat, but unless you've got an acetylene setup, forget it. Bernz-o-matic won't cut it.
