Yes I can remember the water restrictions from when I lived in N/E corner of Coweta County back in the late 80's. This was all foreign to me coming from a place that never runs out of water. I really feel sorry for the farmers also. If it is not to much rain it is not enough; or to hot; ect....... One of the main reasons I did not continue the family farm myself and only hobby farm now. Best part is everyone on this site was stunned when I told them the dairy farmers in this area were baling rye grass hay early this spring because it is so hard to get dry enough to bale. Turns out they may have been the smart ones if the hay season keeps going like it is so far.
