Go to Sears and get a hand impact wrench, twenty years ago mine came with a drag link fitting, like a giant screw driver. Eye protection is recommended for the following steps. Heat the bejeebers out of the female end, the idea is to get it red hot. Don't try to heat the inner plug with the slot in it. Mayybe a Mapp gas torch can do it. If you can get the part off, a charcoal fire with a little extra draft will do it. Wearing gloves clamp the part and whale w/ a 3# hammer on the impact. BE SURE TO HAVE THE TOOL SET ON REMOVE.
