International 685 rebuild engine

I have an INternational 685 and I think I need to rebuild the engine. The oil light flickers at low RPM after I run the tractor for a couple of hours. Possibly just a new oil pump? Also it is a little hard to start when it is cold. If any one has any thoughts I would really appreciate some ideas. Thanks, Ed
