take the top cover of trans and look to see if nothink is broke in the shifter lingage, there,s a spring that shifter comes thruw and on top of that is a clip that holds it in place, with a big nut and a locking ring, just done one all the pices 168.00. all this stuff is in the top cover not in the trans, you will see what i mean wen you get it of.the starter button also fit,s in there.
