A trip bucket can be modified to operate with an hydraulic cylinder very easily with a welder and some bar stock. I would only recommend using a dual action (pressure both ways) cylinder. Depending upon the intended use, and the design of your loader frame, a single cylinder mounted at the back center of the bucket may be adequate (probably easiest), or you may opt for twin cylinders (more hose to route). Am not familiar with your tractor, but a friend's 544 has twin, dual-action hydraulics, which makes it easy to hookup hoses and control function. Alternatively, an external PTO driven pump, valves, and reservoir can be added to the tractor.
