Common place for the tank is yep under the bed and yep to fill it you have to raise the bed and then to be safe block it up. BTDT way to many times. Be sure you don't fill it full or it will leak out when you let the bed down. Depending on where it is some times you can put a hose in it and then if you have a pump for hyd fluid let the bed down and pump it in.
