The sellers on Ebay are afraid to show you the condition of the drawbar. Thats the only reason for removal. They devalue a tractor alot when they are not installed. They are not worth much for scrap and would take more in labor to remove. I would never buy a tractor that is missing a drawbar, at all! Same way with the hours. If they are unknown, assume there is 10,000 or more. Recent motor rebuilds should have proper paperwork/bills to verify. If you can't back it up on paper, assume it didn't happen. Total rebuilds usually mean fresh paint and decals, nothing more. Maybe I've seen my share of lies, but I am one cautious person on Ebay.
