I had an 8N with a Wagner loader and a trip manure bucket. The front tines plus a load of snow wasn't heavy enough to tip it when tripped which made it totally useless. Converting to hydraulic on the 8N would have been a pain with single acting hydraulics. At a minimum it will take double acting cylinder, a control valve, hoses and that's if you have a hydraulic power source available to tap. Probably $180 in Iowa. Look up Northern for reasonable cylinder, fitting, hose, and valve prices, maybe CT. There'll be some adapters needed no matter how well you plan. Then there'll need to be some brackets welded to the bucket and frame to mount the bucket in a useful place. A cylinder on the bucket will make the loader far more useful than the trip bucket.
