No one wants to bale with them but the horse and small cattle farms sure want them so we keep putting them out and selling at the low rate of $130 ton and the high of $160 ton. At this rate we expect $200 or better this winter. The little 90 lb gal with two horses wants 40 lb bales not 800 to 1200 that she can't move because she doesn't own a big tractor. The bigger outfits with 100 cows are sure happy to get the bigger bales though. I like them for summer feed when i can put them out in the round bale feeder and not worry about rain but come winter I like the smaller bales to feed inside the barn. Out here in NW Oregon the small bales are doing quite good. In about a week or so I will get some pics of the big bales that are being shipped out of the area. About 200 Million tons of grass straw after the seed has been removed. Walt
