The ones that really bug me are the dumb ones, that think they know it all.. I build some fixtures for a company, for drilling holes, etc in production parts. As a courtesy, I set them up in the machine, and train the person that will be running it. They have this young "Lady", that runs the jobs now. When I try to train her, she laughs, rolls her eyes, mocks me, makes fun of everything I try to tell her.. I finally told the management that I will no longer train her..
