I'm old as dirt, and can give advise till the cows come home. I have hired many kids over the years, and personaly wonder how the heck they learned how to walk. Yet some of them are now making my wages times twenty or fifty, so I maybe should have learned from them. I'm not defending them, just making a statment. The main man who worked at Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids Iowa (was supposed) to be the main man responsible for GPS retired in his home town here where I live. Rockwell you hear often as they get a large % of the government contracts for NASSA, Boing etc. As he got older he had problems starting his lawn mower as his strenghth was failing. I helped him out by putting his mower on the cement slab driveway, and not in the tall unmowed grass for starting. Sooooo????? I'm not 100% sure, but he is also credited with the inovation of auto control for air planes as well. He was a millionare, and when we loaded him for his final ride in a ambulance there was a pile of old shoes in his living room approx three foot high and probably four to five foot in diameter. Never tossed anything in his life. So you young guys keep a trying, you will get to wonder about the young ones some day as well perhaps. Some advise is that you will get there alot faster than you can possibly imagine.
