Wash the sump out with mineral spirits or diesel.. whatever is cheaper.. Get as much out as you can see... magnets won't hurt any. Put new hyd filters on.. if this is a shared hyd sump. I would be tempted to leave magnets in safe retrievable places so that when i serviced it again I could check them. The oil plug is a prime location, if possible. Good luck. Soundguy
