they may or may not physically fit, but check the profiles of then cams and see if they are ground the same, lift and duration vary a lot depending on engine requirements.like the hot rodder putting BIg cams in race cars. the cam profiles are "massaged" to give specific performance are certain rpm's, compression ratio's, fuel delivery ect ect, you could swap a cam, and then the motor runs like sh*** if its the wrong profile.
