You want to farm or play around with tractors. I wouldn't have anything less than 100 hp dual wheels it take power to to pull a good size plow and disc and you wil want to get a good size one so that it doesn't take two weeks to get the job done. I have Case LA about 58 HP stock can pull a 12 ft. double disc and 4 bottom plow in good ground. it would take me a week to get the field ready to plant you want to get it done in one day or may be two. You need 100 to 150 HP. Walt 30 Hp you got to be kidding of course.
