This is exactly why the JCB Fastrac tractor is so popular. They go 40-50 MPH so you can keep up with the flow (or ahead of the foggies) they also equip. silage and honey wagons with brakes so they can get stopped. Ohio is the first state to address this and is right now in the process makeing some special laws for them.
