you need to figgure out if its loosing spark or fuel. get an extra sparkplug and run the tractor till it conks out. pull a plug wire, stick the spare plug in the wire and lay it on the engine so it grounds, then crank it over , if it sparks, look for a fuel problem,possibly a blockage. you can try a quick shot of starting fluid (ether) if you have spark and see if she pops. that will get you started looking in the right direction.
