10 feet long is no problem, but 4' wide is kinda hard to find. The perfect one would be a vineyard special Ford 8N, but they are a bit scarce. I hear they are more plentiful in the California wine country, but I've never seen one in person...only in photos. I had a chance to buy one over the internet for $2500 and should have done it. They were ordinary 8N Ford tractors that were then narrowed by shortening the rear axles. I don't know what the final width was but 4' sounds about right. A standard 8N is about 6' wide depending on where the wheels are adjusted to.
