You could try a female (Goose) headed in the opposite direction.... Just kidding... Use the yappy dog in the garden trick. Don't stake him out there though, as the geese will soon learn he's staked and stay out of his reach. Course then you run the chance of HIM tearing thru your garden and digging, pooping and peeing on things. Immmmmmm, yummy! I've found the best way is bird netting over the top of the garden. Pain in the butt to put up, but it does work, no way for them to land in there, and they can't land outside and fly in either...

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
