HELP...1st time tractor purchase

the more i read the more confused i am. looking to purchase a used 4wd, w/fel,bush hog, 38-45 hp, solidly built used utility tractor.
looking at a kubota L4310; is this good or what brand model should i go to for $13 -15K? needed on 200 ac. ranch for shredding, clearing and maintaining ranch fence lines and surfaces.
