The early D14's had the smaller 138 ci engine. In good shape mechanically, wide front, and with good sheet metal a ballpark price of $2500-2900 is normal plus the loader. With a loader power steering is a must! $3500-3800 with the loader would be fair. Test drive the tractor to make sure that it doesn't pop out of gear. A great three point hitch conversion will run you about $400 if it doesn't already have one.Good Luck!
