i know its been awhile since i have been on these boards...but i need to know if i am loosing it or not. i went to tractor supply this spring to get a 5 gal pail of sae 30 non detergent ( i am in the process of switching over to detergent..just trying it out on one tractor first) i haven't been doing this long maybe 10-12 years servicing our farm tractors. all the oil's i have ever used are golden in color. this stuff is clear. a few years ago i bought some cases of sae 30 non-detergent compressor oil that looked the same, i returned them. I always thought that viscosity was viscosity. i have only used a quart of this stuff and i am hesatint on using any more. what are your opinions on it?
