Food for thought from an old Popular Mechanics mag. Cut line from trans to radiator, run engine until all fluid is pumped out. Immediately shut off engine, repair line and refill trans. Got to get everything out this way. Wonder if this is safe with modern cars???? Never tried it but have had leaks in lines and ran vehicle until transmission would not move without harm. Comments please.

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
