my neighbor le roy had the same problem a woman brought 2 horses out for le roy to "board"
well she paid him for the first few months and then quit paying him and seemingly forgot where she left the horses.
she also parked her horse trailer out there. she finally gave le roy the horses and title to horse trailer.
