Even more pictures. This shed was 110 years old. It was the first building my great grandfather built on the farm. On one side was a corncrib and stairs leading to a granary above. The old grainbins can be seen in some of the pictures. We have used the building as a produce stand for many years. The siding was pretty bad but the worst problem was the foundation on the side away from the road. The bottom beam had rotted in areas and the stone that served as the foundation were leaning. Rather than wait for it to fall we debated building new or restoring. Restoring won out and an Amish crew was hired to fix it. 9 days later we were open for business. The building is 20' X 30' Thanks for any comments and do you want to buy any old barn siding. Another question Sould I put anything on the new hemlock siding? I want it to age and darken and don't want to stain it. Phil
