Do not mess with them as what is leaking is NITRO , Call in expert help . Myself anymore i would not even mess with them and i have been trained in explosives but that was some 40 years ago . And the last that i have handled lets make big BOOMs is over 25 years ago. In my younger days i would have removed them one stick at a time and placed them way out in the open and poured diesel fuel on them and burned them. BUT NOT TODAY let someone else handel them.
