The safest thing to do would to see if you can have the dam regraded to have less slope. Otherwise look into an aftermarket ROPS.

Another thing you could do is see if you could buy or build a long articulating arm so you stay on top and the mower rides on the slope.

Rolling over on a tractor is probably the most dangerous thing that can happen to an operator.
